i've stopped by a few times looking for a new car. Haven't found anything id want, but the salesman seemed like a good dude. wouldn't label this a bad lot, but it could use more sports cars, but thats the car i'm looking for. Overall, it looked like a good lot.
After seeing the 1 star review, and reading up on BBB, i was weary of coming here. I only stopped at this lot, because i had friends tell me the 1 star was not ordinary and i should go look. i browsed and was greeted like a normal lot. i talked for a little while, looked through the inventory and left. i didnt see a car i liked, but the cars i looked at and test drove were in good condition. i didnt see a bad car there, and cant imagine them selling such bad cars. i talked to david and the other salesmen for a good while, they were straight up with me, and i left on good terms. im going back to look at a truck they have over the weekend.
Small lot with BIG savings! When we first found this little lot we were surprised to see how great their customer service was. The owner Melody was on site to assist us and had her staff make sure we were taken care of. We read the other reviews and discovered there was a dealership there before that close down. Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from Melody and Apple's Auto Sales and would always recommend them to other friends, family and loved ones!
Super disappointed at the dishonesty from this dealer. Went there on a reccomendation, due to a nightmare of an experience with another car lot. Dealt with Andrea, a co owner of the company. Was told by Andrea they've only had issues with one vehicle and they made it right. Was told and assured "good quality safe vehicles that were throughly checked before selling by their mechanic" I purchased an 06 Chrysler Pacifica. I test drove it, noticed it needed rotors and dash needed reglued- my son in law said no worries he could fix. The DAY after I took it home, check engine light came on. Kids started complaining it was hot in the back. Sat in the back and to my surprise- no air (this is a 3rd row seat vehicle) went to put gas in the car, and after about 7.00 pump handle clicked to indicate full. Look at gas gauge and it's a little over half according to gauge. Drove to Maccleny from Middleburg with my almost full tank and had to stop off the highway, and put gas in car- It was showing empty with gas light on. Another 6.00 went in, and gas nozzle popped to indicate full. Took car to a reputable local mechanic and to an air repair place and was told the same thing by both. 1 of 2 Fuel pumps were bad, air blower and regulator were bad, freon was overfilled, cadyllic converter was bad, coils for plugs were bad, Rotors were warped and no brake pads left. I called and spoke to Melody the "co owner" and explained all these major issues with this car, that it was going to cost almost 2k to repair, and that I was upset because there was still a balance owed on this car. She told me she was not fixing the car, did not even offer to split the cost, and she had spoke to the their owners, they would take the car back nor trade the car in for a more reliable car, even if there was a difference owed, which I would have been happy to pay the difference! I WAS told that she would be happy to loan her mechanic to me at her cost and help me find parts on eBay, at my cost for both. This is a vehicle we depend on to help our family function, and we have to have reliability. I am disappointed and discusted that people like this can do business like this, and get away with it. This is not how you do business, espically as a female owned, small business owner. I was advised to take estimated and go to small claims court, which I am now entertaining. Needless to say- I will NOT reccommend them to ANYONE, don't go there- your wasting your money!
Would give a zero if possible. I have posted on social media to warn others, as well as telling all my family, friends and co workers. Social media is a very powerful tool- and I have used it.
One of my sons friends recommended this dealership. I came by around 5pm one day, no one was there. There was a note on the door, i called the number and talked to a David. He said he had to leave early, we scheduled a meeting for the next day. They didnt have a lot of cars at the time, but he informed me that on tuesday he goes to an auction and he comes back with a couple of cars. he didnt have anything for me for little while. I got a call about a honda SUV. so i went and looked at it and bought it. Ive driven by on my way to work, and they seem to have more cars now.
