Please Please Please know that they will go out of their way to help you. I needed to go out of town and was pressed for time. This location and it’s STAFF are willing to go beyond what is required to make sure that you are taken care of. They are truly Awesome!!
They were friendly, prompt, and cheap. They picked me up at the marina and dropped me off. I got a nice upgrade and was very pleased. One issue was that as I was headed for Texas I had to switch rental agencies to one in Jacksonville that did charge a drop off fee. But they were great for local service.
Most of the staff has changed since I was in this branch and I enjoyed working with the new folks. They called to see if I had flexibility in my travel plans and, when I didn't, they promised to honor my request--and they did. My car was ready and waiting when I arrived, the new staff each introduced themselves to me, and all were very friendly and efficient. This is the place to rent a vehicle in Green Cove Springs!
