STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS... DO NOT BE SCAMMED. I was solicited by this office when I don't even live in Jacksonville. The rate was half of what I was paying. I made the switch after they assured me that my skepticism was unwarranted. Two months later State Farm's corporate office further underwrote the policy and decided to cancel all together due to two speeding tickets that were present during the original quote and policy process. I now have to go crawling back to my other insurance company and pay ANOTHER down payment for a new policy. There is not a doubt in my mind that this office is deliberately playing with underwriting to close the deal on sales. You will get a great rate, however, once corporate does the REAL underwriting, your rates will skyrocket or even worse, your policy will be cancelled.

Just moved down from Virginia to Florida. Thought I would go to the nearest State Farm Insurance office vice the 12 other offices in the local region. Contacted the office a week ago. Was told that they would get back with me on my current State Farm policy. A week later I have to call them to find out where it stands. I'm told the agent needs to do a little more work. Agent calls me back with new quote on cars, but still needs to do work on RV insurance policy. Promises to call back before the end of the day. No call, office closes. Poor service, poor response for a potential new client. Sorry your fired. Wish I had my State Farm agent and office support that I had in Virginia.
