River Park Inn is a quaint Bed & Breakfast in Green Cove Springs, FL. appointed with antiques. Seems as if you were back in your grandmother's house. We recommend this place to anyone planning a weekend getaway to St. Augustine. Super clean, Pat is very friendly and cordial, amenities are great, quiet sitting with St. John's River 2-blocks away, antique shops close by, and a sports bar 1-block close. Homemade breakfast served each morning, a Parlor, a screened-in quite Balcony with ice, stocked refrigerator and microwave. Recommend the large suite with large bedroom, large bathroom with sitting area, shower, and jacuzzi tub! We had a great time. Thinking of going back at Christmas!!!

Irma! And I found a shelter in the storm! Beautiful place, great beds, private baths, hot water and food (they have gas not electric), fantastic history, and the best Innkeepers in the world, Pat and Dean. They were very prepared for the storm and made their guest comfortable and safe. I stayed there 3 nights. One cannot beat the price! I am looking forward to going back for a real vacation. I want to enjoy the historic Green Cove Springs and pool across the street from the Inn. This charming little town is one of Florida's best kept secrets.

This is the most amazing place we've ever stayed. From the first moment when you are greeted, you are made to feel like family. Pat is the absolute best at what she does. I don't care what we are doing on that side of Florida, we will always stay there and drive to where ever. It really is that awesome!
