Just drove 1 1/2 hours to enjoy a Halloween experience with the family (14 year old child) ... on the website it said for 13 up and some experiences 16 up. There were 5 midway rides ... never seen a smaller carnival/festival and the largest ride was shut down. After purchasing a $40 ticket (each) we could not enter 3 events and the one "escape room" we really went for was NOT included. This was a HUGE disappointment. Will never go back and not worth the $$$. After 3 hours on the rode we had less than 2 hours of entertainment. I tried to change our ticket after finding out what we wanted was less ... told them I didn't want money back just brought the family to enjoy certain attractions. They didn't care. Strongly suggest spend your time somewhere else.

I chose this event because I wanted something more fun than scary, & it was! The staff were all made up in full character & really looked good! The houses were set up well, with actors following you, hitting the walls, screaming, & also speaking to visitors. They do not touch visitors & I found them be alot of fun! There are no props that move or pop out at visitors. This it's held at a fairground in the country & has a down home vibe. I paid to go to skip the line & I'm glad I did, not that so many people were waiting but there were lines & I just wanted thru. Not many people had the front line passes & that's why they're $15. My ticket total for 2 houses & skip the line pass was $37 & I think it was worth it. The food trucks had good food.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. First off we drove all the way from Jacksonville beach and what a waste of time and money. It's 35 a person to get into penny manor and the rot with fast pass. The fast pass line was longer then the normal line and the normal line got let in first so don't pay for a fast pass. They had 3 actors walking around the normal park. When we got into the haunted houses they were almost empty hardly anyone there to scare us maybe 8 people. In penny manor the guy locked in the cage was playing on his cell phone so evidently he was bored as well. So at this point we are mad we have wasted are money so we try the hayride, why not we are already here something must be scary another 5.00 dollars a person at least the guy running it was nice. 2 actors the whole hayride! With a group of 4 we paid 160.00 total and they can't hire more actors.

This place was a joke. Most of the staff were teenagers that took advantage of the chance to scream at adults. It was hard to be scared because they got out of character so often so you didn't take them seriously and the screaming was constant so it lost it's surprise factor and it just became annoying.

Not great. The actual haunted houses were good, they did an awesome job on the two house. The haunted hayride was terrible, literally a five minute ride and no scares at all. The extreme house was horrible. Its not scary and all they do is verbally assault you. If you are into a 9 year old telling you how ugly you are by all means this is your house (also they have a 9 year old in this house even thought you have to be 16 to enter as a guest) The carnival part was subpar. Go and just do the two houses and you will have a great time.
