Id like to first say that i respect the police and appreciate the hard work. However i have a ticket from a rraffic camera and it's hogwash in my opinion. Traffic camera picked me up going through the a red light. However the light seemed to cycle through very quickly. Seems like a money grab.
first i'd like to say I know your job is hard and stressful I really appreciate all that you do, but yesterdays traffic delay coming from St. Johns county over the Shands bridge was horrible. and things happen beyond our control and i can be understanding but no one was directing traffic and allowing traffic from the bridge move just the traffic light and two city police cars with light flashing. i don't know who can run the traffic light city, county or state law enforcement but some one should have been called to do it. or just plain old fashion hand signaling by a police officer or a psa person. thank you for your time.
