First I want to say that the staff at this location was very nice and accommodating.
Customer service is awful here. Employees have awful attitudes and couldn’t look more displeased to do their jobs.
The situation has yet to be resolved.
I've never dealt with laziness like this in my life, I've only lived here a month and twice they haven't delivered my packages, then proceeded to say they left a note, which both occasions there wasn't a note on my door or in my mailbox. The first time I had to go to the post office and the lady told me they have my package but I have to wait until they go out and attempt to deliver again, EVEN THOUGH I had my ID which matched the name on the package and everything, only when she realized they failed to deliver it for three days did she let me walk out with it. This second time same situation, except when I called they couldn't find my package and wouldn't call the person who is supposed to deliver my package because they MIGHT deliver it soon so I should just wait. Thoroughly annoyed, I've never had problems with my mail like this before.
An overnighted package, now has been over a week since they claim to have delivered it.
The reason for the 1 star was with the manager. after visiting the location twice, those visits being 4 days apart, and being told on both occasions that I would be getting a call from the manager I received no call.
The most racist and lazy workers its been 9 months i sent a ipad to a friend and ztill havent recevied it i wish they were closed down
Try to call local office and get the USPS on-line help..... I need to speak to someone....
